Letter to Nancy Reagan

Dear Mrs. Reagan,

This is an unusual request regarding the historical 2007 Ronald Reagan Library GOP Presidential Debate.

Please be aware of a unique messenger and possible presidential candidate who is tightly focused on an established American solution for long term foreign policy of the United States in the Middle East.

The solution was launched on the www formatted as an interactive US - Iraq War People's Peace Initiative designed to educate and for action on local, state, and federal election ballots and legislation.

The People's Peace Initiative message is more important than whom the messenger is; but, if acceptable for qualification to debate, the messenger would consider a GOP candidacy; and, here by requests to be included in your Presidential Debate in order to deliver the People's Peace Initiative as fundamental Presidential policy.

On January 15, 1987, several months before President Ronald Reagan made his famous Berlin speech about taking down the Wall, the People's Peace Initiative messenger published Begin in Berlin. In it he wrote: "…Take down the wall. Give the city back to the Berliners…If it works do the same to all of Germany, then all of Europe." The People heard the messenger! First, President Reagan repeated it; then, the Wall fell; soon, Germany united; and, the European Union was founded.

As that messenger, I am Jonathan A. Kemp, a 60 year old 3rd generation Californian, born and raised in Santa Monica, now a buff avid Hawaiian big wave bodysurfer, a Political Scientist, an Aerospace Scientist, a US Air Force B-52 Bomber Branch Chief and Nuclear WMD Safety Officer Veteran with Secret Clearance, an alternate energy investor for 25 years, married 37 years, with 6 children.

To honor America's Founders and President Ronald Reagan and also my grandfather Alexander Kemp and father Hale Kemp, both life-long California Republicans and a Dad who, like President Reagan, also had a wonderful oak foothill retirement ranch where he enjoyed splitting firewood and riding a horse, but, in the California Sierra Nevada:

I humbly request to be admitted as the only debate candidate allowed to ride a horse to the main entrance in order to most properly deliver this uniquely important American message, as a 3rd generation California Republican.

April, 2007 Letter to King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud

Aloha His Majesty King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Over half a century ago, your grandfather and my grandfather Alexander N. Kemp of the then Standard Oil of California, met in Saudi Arabia and New York. They negotiated successfully, as gentlemen, to first find then develop the oil resources of your lands. Grandpa told how he'd missed his daily bath in your undeveloped desert; and, how he'd given his new Saudi friends tours of the gold vaults in New York City.

As a grandson to a grandson I ask for your indulgence, wisdom, and help, to find and develop Peace.

As a political scientist, I know the war in theocracy Iraq is Unconstitutional by the USA 1st Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion…." It is illegal by USA law for my American government to make law (war appropriations) respecting religious theocracies like Iraq!

As an aerospace scientist and US Air Force Nuclear WMD Officer Veteran, who had sworn to support and defend the USA Constitution with nuclear weapon systems, I understand the most horrible threat by all war and particularly by illegal war.

In March 2006 after realizing that Iraq was a Theocracy not a Democracy, I personally initiated www.troopshomenow.com to promote my political theory that the USA/Iraq War is Unconstitutional by the 1st Amendment. Public response is very positive in the USA and worldwide. Therefore, a new edition of Troops Home Now.Com, a People's Peace Initiative designed for any ballot or legislation and slowly expanded campaign is launching very soon.

Formal complaint about crime against the USA

This is a formal complaint about crime against the USA Constitution by the USA Congress and President.

I expect in return, in a quick timely manner, a report of your investigation into this criminal complaint. Time is critical because every day a serial criminal conspiratorial Congress and President murder several more brave patriotic American soldiers unfortunate to be under criminal Command.

The USA Congress is making serial laws respecting an establishment of religion in violation of the USA Constitution 1st Amendment which states:

In Nov 2005 the Iraqis ratified an Iraq Constitution which says, all laws must conform to Islam, which makes Iraq an Islamic religious theocracy, NOT a democracy. Iraq is an establishment of religion. Since Nov 2005 American soldiers have been unconstitutionally fighting, suffering and dying for Islam rather than doing their sworn duty to defend the USA Constitution.

All Congressional laws since Nov 2005, such as the several Emergency Defense Appropriations for the current Iraq war, are an unconstitutional conspriacy respecting an establishment of religion, and are therefore crimes. Given the nature of the responsibility of both Congress and President, and the $B's being serially appropriated for a theocracy Iraq war, such crime could be considered Treason.

On 3/3/2006 legal notice was mailed to all individuals in Congress, Executive, Judicary, USA State Governors, and others notifying them regarding these unconstitutional acts by Congress and President.

July 3, 2006, four (4) months after mailing them legal notification of this constitutional crime, the serial criminal unconstitutional acts of Congress continue by majority members voting aye for more $B's Iraq war appropriations.

USA state Governors also continue unconstitutional deployment of state National Guard assets to Iraq as accomplices to Congressional crime. Governors may deny assets for criminal activity but have not.

Please see the web site www.TroopsHomeNow.com that's informing a rapidly increasing number of the American People, and the World, about this Highest Crime (Treason?). They will all like to know about the results of your investigation.

JAKemp, a political scientist, has sent a CERTIFIED LEGAL NOTICE to Congress, Executive and Judiciary concerning Unconstitutional Laws by Congress respecting IRAQ.

All USA Governors were also notified to give them authority to immediately remove State National Guard assets from Unconstitutional war zones.

In Hawaii, January 1987 at the peak of the Cold War, Kemp published Begin in Berlin advising the then unthinkable, to take down the Berlin Wall. That was 5 months before President Reagan made his famous take down the Wall speech; and, two years before the Wall fell. Kemp also said to unify Germany next and them all of Europe.

During the decades since 1987, just as Kemp had recommended, the Berlin Wall fell, Germany united & the European Union was formed.
