People's Peace Initiative

We the People:

Enlightened by the 1st part of the 1st sentence of the 1st Amendment Establishment Clause, Constitution of the United States of America: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion...";

Aware that the new religion based 2005 Constitution of Iraq states:
"Article (2) 1st Islam is the official religion of the state...(a) No law can be passed that contradicts the undisputed rules of Islam...";

Knowledgeable without doubt that Iraq is not a Democracy; but, Iraq is an establishment of religious state Theocracy;

Believing that Congress unconstitutionally made law respecting an establishment of religion by unlawfully appropriating 100's of $Billions for the 2006 - 2007 US/Iraq Theocracy War;

Supporting the USA Constitution to End unlawful US/Iraq War funding;

We Affirm that Congress shall make no law respecting any establishment of religious state Theocracy; and,
Agree that Congress and Statespersons shall Immediately Search for, Identify, and Remove, a.s.a.p.* within 90 days, all USA federal, state, or local law respecting any Theocracy;

In Harmony with a generous American Spirit:
We Grant Pardons upon their resignation, to Congress and Statespersons who made unconstitutional law respecting Theocracies for such Removed law enacted prior to passage of this Initiative;

Together with Faith, Hope and Charity:
We Seek Long Term Peace by the USA 1st Amendment; and,
Approve this Initiative for Immediate adoption; and, full Implementation a.s.a.p.* within 90 days of passage.
